Can Comcast manage DNS for my website?

I want to host a website on my own servers. I've registered the domain with Network Solutions, but I want to have Comcast manage the external DNS so that people can reach the site. I've currently directed Network Solutions to use the Comcast DNS servers to find the site, but I can't figure out the next step which I assume is linking my static IP address to a DNS entry for the website. The "transfer an existing domain" assumes that my DNS servers are public facing which they are not so added a record there won't help anything. Could I get clarification on what the steps are in order to allow Comcast to manage the DNS settings but not actually host the website?

I believe the directions for what you are looking for can be found here: http://businesshelp.comcast.com/help-and-support/email/using-own-domain-business-class-email-web-hosting/

Step 10 should allow you to pick what part of your domain Comcast is responsible for. The very end of the article will provide you with directions on how to manage your DNS settings. I hope this helps. If you need anything else please don't hesitate to let us know.
