TV Bulk Account question
I manage a bulk account with 36 Cable TV customers. Many are upset that Bally Sports is blacked out. Does the bulk account get a refund ? Any chance of your dispute with Bally Sports being resolved ?

Good Morning, user_6249d7! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us here on the Comcast Business Forums. Bulk customers may not be eligible for proactive credit. Bulk customers with Basic video service provided through their contract who upgraded to Digital Starter/Popular TV will receive a proactive credit applied in the coming weeks. Bulk customers with Digital Starter service or above included in their contract will not receive proactive credits. They are not eligible because they are not separately billed for RSN fees. At this time, we have not reached the agreement with Bally Sports, and if we do, there would be communication to all our customers that it was restord.
