TV Bulk Account question

I manage a bulk account with 36 Cable TV customers. Many are upset that Bally Sports is blacked out.  Does the bulk account get a refund ? Any chance of your dispute with Bally Sports being resolved ?

Good Morning, user_6249d7! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us here on the Comcast Business Forums. Bulk customers may not be eligible for proactive credit. Bulk customers with Basic video service provided through their contract who upgraded to Digital Starter/Popular TV will receive a proactive credit applied in the coming weeks. Bulk customers with Digital Starter service or above included in their contract will not receive proactive credits. They are not eligible because they are not separately billed for RSN fees. At this time, we have not reached the agreement with Bally Sports, and if we do, there would be communication to all our customers that it was restord. Please let us know if you have any questions/concerns.

I completely understand the frustrations/concerns with the channels available for our customer's user_6249d7! We can certainly document the feedback regarding the Bally Channel, and the wish to have it brought back. Comcast pays programmers to bring our customers the entertainment, information, and sports they want. We work to negotiate fair terms in order to ensure the greatest value for customers given all the ways content can be accessed today. We have been in negotiation with Bally Sports to ensure a fair pricing, but we have been unsuccessful.
