service issues on second week with resolution
Hello,
My account [Edited: "Personal Information"] Our tlevision is not responding to cable channels
Last Wednesday we had a service tech stated problem was on pole outside the building. We were told it was fixed on Thursday April 16.
April 17 the problem was back. We are not able to get any channels above 12 and none of the premium channels we pay monthly for.
Tuesay April 21, I spoke to Customer Service, she put in a ticket and I have not heard anyhing about resolving this issue.
