Public -vs- Private Commercial TV

My boss has asked me to look for ways to save the company money.

First off I can not find a way online to cancel two boxes we are no longer using.

Second when I look at our account it says we have Public TV Viewing, this is not correct, we are an office and the only places we have cable TV boxes installed are in the bosses offices, none are publicly viewable.  Wouldn't it be cheaper for us to be Private Viewing instead of Public Viewing?  If yes how do we make this happen.

Not liking this new website, as before you could cancel an outlet and return equipment with a click of a button, now I can't find it.
