how to get the streaming app for comcast business TV?

I went to my comcast business account > logged in > went to dashboard > TV support link > opened Download Xfinity Stream App link 

That opens a new page here - For You - Xfinity Stream

I hit sign in and it asks me for my user ID - I filled in the ID and I get an error that says information is incorrect. I then went through the steps to get my info emailed to me. I opened the email that I received a code to enter and when I enter the code it says the information is incorrect.

I called support and was on the phone for over 30 minutes and they said it would need to be escalated. I am now waiting for a call back tomorrow at an unspecified time.  I am quite sure they will either not call or call me when I am nowhere near my laptop or ipad. The call will be useless. 

I was also told on the phone that the app may be for residential accounts only. Why are there links in my online business account to a dead end? Remove the links or explain how to download a streaming app for Comcast Business TV accounts. 

Please explain to me why this is so difficult?

@Comcast_Roberto Thanks for the input. I have read and explored the referred to page several hours prior to writing my post. Same issue - the links to the google play app send me to a page to ​install the app and there is no option for for any of my devices on the google play store app. There is also a link on the referred to page to get the app here - https://tv.xfinity.com/ That link sends me to a page that requires me to log in to complete the process. I am unable to log in as explained in my initial post.. The phone support was unable to help with either option.  Issue had to be "escalated" which means I have to hope I get a call back when I have access to my devices.  I am right back where I started.
