Business Streaming - can it be over ethernet?

I'm interested in business streaming, but read another post that says it has to come through Comcast WiFi. I will have Comcast WiFi in the same location as the TV, but I'd prefer to use ethernet to the tvs because it's already wired, and it will mean less wireless usage. Is this possible?

Big Ten Network

We have the standard TV package. The channel lineup shows the BIG Ten Network is included. When we tune to it it shows subscription required. It is not shown as an add on package. Why is the BIG not showing on our package?

we're not getting all the channels from our channel lineup

Need new cable boxes and remotes

Our cable boxes for the office televisions are 6 years old. Is there a way for Comcast to send me 2 new boxes and remotes and allow me to ship back the old units with a return label enclosed? label to return the old ones along with the remotes?
