Change Display Name on Phone Screen

We have Polycom VVX 411 HD and recently replaced an employee. I have changed the name in the portal Directory, but it is not reflected on the actual phone display.  What else needs to be done to get the phones to show the new name?

Can't assign new user to existing extension with no user attached to it

I moved my phone to new employee's office and made a new user account for him but when I go to assign the extension of the phone to him it doesn't seem to take, it will show a spinning circle like it's doing something and just get stuck.

SPAM calls on overhead paging

Several times per week our company receives spam calls of some kind that are dialing directly into our overhead paging system. This, of course, is quite disruptive.  Is there any way to put a filter on that line so that it can only receive calls from our internal numbers?

Message Indicator Light Stays On

The message indicator light remains on on the phone (polycom 250) even after voicemail has been deleted through the my account portal. Voice portal box on phone is empty. We have rebooted the phone several times and cannot get the light to turn off.

Unable to Call Forward Always my number to out of state number

I'm am trying to Call Forward Always to an out of state phone # (New Jersey (201 area code) and I get a busy signal. If I enter a local number to forward to, (Texas - 281 or 832) it works. Caller ID
