Business class internet completely down for the past 6 days

We have been suffering from a service interruption for the past 6 days with no end in sight on when it will be resolved. The Expected Resolution has been "We are working on it" for the past 6 days. I opened a support ticket and it got closed without any resolution or comment on why it was closed.

admin tool login password reset

I need the password on my modem's admin tool reset. I called to get it reset but the lady just said it was "highspeed", the default login, over and over again without actually listening to my request.
