IIS Server . PORT FORWARD

I just set up my IIS server for some hosting some websites. if i type in local host in a browser all is fine. I can not access the iis server from my public IP. I have set up port forwarding , DMZ, and turned off the firewall. I do not have static ip . Thanks for any help

I've started Comcast service for 2 months but still, the internet account doesn't show up.

Request RFC-2317 delegation
