When you call main number auto attendant answers phone, then when you press 0 for operator is is immediately forwarded to voicemail. We have tried every * to fix. We need this fixed and it shouldn't be this hard to get support for phones.

Support Number not working

Business support starts to transfer after confirming the account, but then says, "the number is not in service" and hangs up. Is there any other number to reach business tech support? Chat isn't working either.

Losing Connectivity 1x or 2x per week

Cannot get IPv4 connectivity but IPv6 works

New installation and have had a static IP assigned and have tech support configure the modem in the pass-thru mode. Have tried configuring with my firewall but was unable to get connectivity but assigning the Public IP to a network port on a laptop was able to get online but only to IPv6 sites.&nbs

VoiceEdge phone won't stop ringing

About once a day, my VoiceEdge phone will ring nonstop. I don't think it's always triggered by a call - it just goes off randomly. I don't even have to be logged in or have the app open for it to start ringing. The only way I can get it to stop is to unplug my headset. My coworker has the same issue

Forgot Comcast Modem Password

the last time I logged into the modem I was requested to change the password (from the default highspeed) and clearly I've forgot what I changed it to. Typically I change it right back after logging in, but guess not.   I don't want to hard reset the device.

Power Outage Hurricane IDA
