How do I cancel an appointment?

I had a scheduled a technician for visit to troubleshoot my internet connection. I need to cancel the appointment because I fixed the issue by resetting to factory default settings. I am able reschedule the appointment but unable to cancel it online, since it is over the weekend. Thanks.
