Turn off Xfinity Wifi Hotspot

VoiceEdge app will not ring and people can't hear me

When a call is incoming my VoiceEdge app will show it, but I don't hear any ringing. When I pick up the call, I cannot hear the caller. They can hear me just fine. I have adjusted the settings and sound settings to ensure that my headset and microphone are selected as the input and output devices

Cannot disable xfinity wifi hotspot on comcast business router

Called customer service 3 times about it, they all tried several differnet things and all failed.  Trying the forums now. I have the xfinity wifi hotspot disabled and have called and they said it was disabled.  If you login to my comcast business page and look, you will see it says disabled. yet....
