Can't print bill online

I set our business account up for e-billing. For some reason the website is not offering a link to print my current bill. I have been able to print my bill in the past. I am currently not able to do so and need to have a printed copy of the bill for our business records.

Calls to reception go straight to voicemail

If someone calls it goes to reception just fine, but if someone tries to call reception from their extention it goes straight to voicemail. It is not on DND or anything else that I can tell. It started a couple weeks ago. Any suggestions would be appreciated!!
