we're not getting all the channels from our channel lineup

Our cable box goes from channel 179 and skips to 286. We're not getting the designated channels in between from our channel lineup. This is happening on only one TV. Do we need a new box for this TV to get all of our channels? It is one of the older 'digital' boxes m/n DCI105COM1.

Need router password reset (but not configuration reset)

We have a static IP and the Comcast router set to bridge mode. The password we logged in our password database is no longer working (we had router replaced and tech did the config but I guess didn't leave the password with us).  I've tried the default highspeed and CantTouchThis to no avail.

Was anyone ever able to obtain Comcast's ACH Originator ID, or the third party payment processor's ACH ID? I have been on the phone with Comcast more times than I care to count in order to setup an ACH payment since the USPS takes 15-20 days to deliver a check to their PO Box from Chicago.
