Ability to control IP6.ARPA zone for my static IPv6?

I'm just starting to play with IPv6 for services.  I have static IPv4 and IPv6 from Comcast. For some of those services, I would definitely want rDNS set up.   Can I be delegated the zone for the appropriate ip6.arpa to use for my /56?

Comcast declined to start a service with me

I found this offer https://business.comcast.com/exclusive-online-offer  $49.95 a month for two years business internet .   Scheduled installation and when the day comes I called them to make sure technician will show up. Customer service told me my installation was cancelled. I asked why?

Unlinking Old Business Address Accounts
