Turn off caller verification?

Is there a way I can turn off the [V] appearing before caller names? It's annoying, and it takes up three digits of the limited space there is for the actual CID to show. Whoever thought this was a good idea should be fired. Thanks.

Call Forward redirects to Call History

Hi, while trying to get to our Call Forwarding menu we are constantly redirected to Call History. VoiceEdge app will not ring and people can't hear me

When a call is incoming my VoiceEdge app will show it, but I don't hear any ringing. When I pick up the call, I cannot hear the caller. They can hear me just fine. I have adjusted the settings and sound settings to ensure that my headset and microphone are selected as the input and output devices
