Need to speak with someone in charge of the Business unit...nightmare installation process for 8 office locations

Early Termination Fee / Bad Service

Just spent all Morning trying to cancel service only to be told sorry you cant or pay $2000 for early termination. Its ridiculous for businesses that currently are suffering and unable to pay for service that's already not reliable. Even downgrading is not worth it. Very unpleased.

Comcast is Auto-drafting someone else's bills and won't stop because we aren't them and don't know who they are
