Would like to share my calendar to the web as an iCal link?

I've looked all over for this ability. At first I thought that it might be doable in the outlook client, but that's not possible it looks like.  My next thought was that it might be if I get close to the Exchange server, and for us that is the hosted version on Comcast. I haven't found a way to view any of that from my end user account. 

Does anyone know if it's possible to get this going somehow, either as a user or the admin on our account?

I'd like to view(only) my work calendar in Google Calendars.
