Unable to Reset User's Password

Alright, here's an interesting issue... I am trying to reset as password for one of the users on my account but when the window appears that shows the password has been changed, it just shows "The user's password has been successfully reset to:   " but the new password never populates. I already tried using a different browser and a few different computers to rule out a browser issue. It is definitely a Comcast issue. Here's a screenshot that shows that the password isn't populating:
