Unable to connect to exchange server
My issues started just yesterday morning after receiving the email that we were being upgraded to 2010.
I can sign into MyAccount, I can get my email on phones and I can get my webmail. I CANNOT get it through Outlook. After much forum reading I have upgraded my MX records and the CNAME records and still no connection. I have tried outlook 2010 and 2013.
my domain name is jetbroker.com

Welcome to the forum.
Based on your domain - jetbroker.com (domain info)
It is missing its autodiscover record for you to sync to Outlook automatically.
This is the current entry - autodiscover.jetbroker.com. 7200 A 50.73.235.105
It has to change to - autodiscover.jetbroker.com. 14400 CNAME autodiscover-rd.w14b.comcast.net.
