Outlook 2010 Setup

I am currently trying to set up Outlook to connect with my exchange server. Following the guide online does not work btw so we can skip that. I am very techy and have tried many things. I have spent hours with customer support and they tell me that it is a Microsoft issue which I know it is not.

I have gone into my DNS settings and checked the different addresses and tried those However, I should be set up on auto-discover which I am not. Checking network-tools.com, it says that I do not have it set up. My records say I do. I am leading to believe it is not or my email would simply be "discovered". I have check the client server name addresses and attempted those as well but to no avail. I just need to get the email linked to Outlook.

If I need to do it manually then so be it. I can live with that. It would be better to have it autodiscovered though. Any help is much appreciated.
