Outlook 2010 activation

My computer updated last night and now I cannot access my Outlook mail.  I kept getting the message that it could not open my mailbox.  I thought outlook may have been bad so I uninstalled it and downloaded it again from comcast and now I get a message that I need a activation key.  Any idea how we get that from comcast.
