Learning: Azure Portal is your go to for changing Microsoft Office 365 rights and passwords

​I struggle over the last several weeks understanding the connections between the Comcast Business Portal and Office 365, if there was single sign on (SSO) and single password control. In short I had a ID that I managed on the Comcast side get blocked on the Office 365 side. Resetting the ID from the Comcast Business Portal had no effect on it. If this happens to you, find your Office 365 (actually the Azure AD) Global Admin in you organization when it was setup by Comcast for you. Have the Admin login tp portal and from there they can select:​

​1. Azure Active Directory​

​2. Select Users​

​3. Select the user​

​4. Reset password​

​ ​

​You can also do a lot more on the portal, since it is the full Azure platform for your domain. Thought this would help others out since I could not find this information of this forum previously. Cheers!​
