Increase in unfilter Spam

​In the past few weeks we have notice an increase in the amount of ​​spam​​ coming directly to our inbox. We can receive twenty plus spam emails a day with most being duplicated (receiving each spam email twice). Is there anything that can be done to fix this issue?​
