I am unable to access my SharePoint site even as admin (me)
I've seen others with this same issue, whatever the backend change was the broke things and needed a patch, my account needs as well.

Thanks for trying that reset. I tried it shortly after you posted and it didn't work, but I didn't have time to try a bunch of different things. Anyway, I checked again today and still the same error.
From my Comcast Business main homepage (when logged in) if I click on Internet, then Manage SharePoint, it takes me right to that same access denied error. There's nothing on there I'm worried about losing, so if you need to wipe the instance and start a new one that's ok.
