Exchange Name modification Issue

Hi, 

I encountered an undesired result after modifing the user name of an e-mail account, 

say I want the e-mail sender name displayed as "John Smith", however it turns out showing "Smith, John" on the sender field.

I searched for this forum and found that many users have the same issue...

and they are solved by your technical support team case by case

so I assume this problem is acknowledged by the support team thus I'll brifely discribe how I did it and look forward further assistance;

How I do it: 

Log into http://business.comcast.com/   (Tried both Chorme and IE)

Manager Tools > Users 

Edit one of the users 

Edit "Name"

typed John in First Name field, Smith in Last Name field

Save

then I sent a e-mail to myself for testing, and it shows Smith, John as the sender, however I'd like it displayed as John Smith.

Any help with this would be very much appreciated.
