Creating users and editing users
Having a problem creating user, have not been able to create a new user for two years without a problem, do not have time to spend waiting for support to call back, this has been a problem for ever.
Created a new user this morning and it is pending, I also have a user that was created a while back and cannot edit that user, that is my Email problem.
I also have problems with my phone system, a year or two ago our Gateway was swapped out and new phones were added, I have three phones that would not register and Comcast was to send new sets out but never did.
I need to get a 2 new users on the phone system.
Please tell me where to go for help, and not some phone number to call to spend hours on hold and get transfered around from person to person having to start from scratch each time.
