certain emails bouncing back

Hello,

We are having some emails sent to certain customers bounce back with "undeliverable " message.

We have not had that problem in the past with the previous provided.

Hi apmachine. To further assist I will need the from and to email addresses, does it happen with one email address or all from your domain, are you sending from your mail server or thru the webmail interface. Also the complete bounce back message will help to identify the cause of the issue. Please send me a private message with the above info.
