"View Static IP" does not have IPv6 information
I'm trying to configure IPv6. I set up the Hurricane Electric tunnel on my Asus RT-AC88U router, but that's considerably slower.
This article says Comcast Business connections now have native IPv6 support, and I am already paying for Static IP on my connection.
https://business.comcast.com/help-and-support/internet/comcast-business-internet-learn-about-ipv6/
Unfortunately, going to view Static IP settings, only has IPv4 addresses listed, not IPv6. How can I find my IPv6 connection information?
Modem is an SMC Comcast Business Gateway.

I would like to assist with the static Ip concerns. Can you please reach out through private message with the name, address and phone number on the account?

Edit: Nevermind, it went through on a retry.
Was:
I have never sent a private message through this system before, but when I tried to send you a private message, I receive this error:
"You have reached the limit for number of private messages that you can send for now. Please try again later."
There are 0 messages in my Sent folder.

I have exactly the same issue on my Cisco router. I have read various posts that claim that the only router that works with ipv6 on CB is the Netgear. Is this not the case?
Also, Support has mentioned that i need to setup a /56 delegation but my device is already configured for IpV6 DHCP as required.
