ipv6 worked on residential but not after switching to BCI

I switched my residential internet to business class today. While on residential I had IPV6 but now I do not. I have a SMC SMCD3G-CCR andy my Asus RT-N16 connects to that. I also have a dynamic business account, no static. I tried to get the gateway in true bridge mode but the tech told me this can only be done if I purchased a static account??

Do I need to change the IPV6 settings on my router for BCI?

My routers IPV6 settings are: Native with DHCP-PD, Stateless, Auto DNS, Router Advertisement, and DHCPv6 Server.
