I am in need of a PTR change to a Static IPV6 address. Is there a Comcast employee that can kindly help with this request?

For those of you looking for this type of request - the correct forum to ask the question is 'Domain Names/Static IP' - Send your request there and someone from Comcast should answer your request shortly.
