Ipv6 and Android with static ipv4

My android phones refuse to obey my DNS settings internally, all .Local lookups fail. And internal .Com addresses are trying to hit the external address rather than the internal.

This is fixed if I force a ula Ipv6 prefix on the Comcast modem. Not a desired state.

Any thoughts?
