DCP3941B: Unable to configure IPv6 RDNSS

Regardless of setting "Assign DNS Manually" to set my own IPv6 DNS servers, the router broadcasts

RDNSS 2001:558:feed::1 2001:558:feed::2

What is the proper way to have the DCP3941B use the addresses I assign for RDNSS?
