CG3000DCR IPV6 Business Trials

Comcast,

I received my Netgear CG3000DCR yesterday and installed it successfully. IPV4 is working fine but IPV6 is still not available. Is there a special support POC for these situations, or have you not enabled IPV6 for the Business Beta Testing yet?

Support had ZERO clue and escalated, but I am wondering if that was the right route to go. Can you please assist in obtaining a solution?
