What is my router's password?

I am trying to set up a Verizon cell phone extender and they think there are firewall issues. How can I get get to the IP and firewall inf?. I do not have the password.

HI rredman. Here are the defaults for the Comcast gateway/router. username: cusadmin password:highspeed. access is via the LAN IP. The default LAN IP is 10.1.10.1

You modem password has been reset back to default. Can you please try to login again and let us know if an issues come up?

It did not work. Can the password be reset? Or is there a way to find out the current password? The router has just been setting in my office working and I have no idea where to look for the password.
