Using Connection Pro for WAN failover and disabling Connection Pro WiFi network

We are using our own router at our site that has WAN failover capability. I would like to set up the Connection Pro as the back up WAN so that the important services throughout the building retain internet in the event of a gateway connection issue. I would also like to disable the local wifi network that is provided by the Connection Pro (Cradlepoint). The switch that is available for the network on the comcast business internet dashboard does not work. The fact that I don't have access to any of the Cradlepoint's setup locally is irritating.

I have not been able to receive the help I need from Tier 1 support.

@c1naz I would be more than happy to review your account to see what options we have available to disable the local wifi network. In order to get started, can you please click the chat bubble in the top right corner and send a message to our "Comcast Business" handle?
