UNBELIEVABLE - Horrible Service

Called Comcast Technical support to provision a new modem to replace the Comcast modem. The agent told me that they dont do that. I could not believe that. Can someone in Comcast technical support contact me. This should not be that difficult. I had to explain to the CSR that this is a normal process when modems are replaced. UNBELIEVABLE

We certainly understand the importance of having a reliable connection! At this time we do see that your modem is online. I also pinged the modem and it did receive all the data sent to it. Can you please let us know if you are still having issues?
