Unable to login to Comcast Business IP Gateway SMCD3G-CCR

Hi there,

 

I tried to login to the router using the default username and password (cusadmin / highspeed) but failed. I guessed the previous employee has changed the password without my knowledge. Is there anyway to reset the id and password to default? Thank you.

Your modem login credential have been reset back to default. Please let us know if any issues come up.

I'm needing to have our router/gateway password reset.  Who do i talk to, to have that done?
