True Bridge Mode

If I where to use this forum to request that our modem gets set to "True Bridge Mode", what would the turn around time be?

 

Reason I ask, I am not always physically in the office and I would want to be there when the change happens.

On this forum, the mods usually ping me back within the same day or certainly by next day. I imagine they may be able to work with you on scheduling a specific time to do the reconfig. Try sendin an IM to one of the red Comcast_ users here.

 

You could always call in when you are on site, and hope that you get a rep who is knowledgeable enough to do it.
