Transferring my Business Phone to Residential....didn't work

Hey guys!  I recently went through the process of transferring my Business phone through Comcast, to residential Comcast.  I signed everything I thought Ineeded to (through Verisign), and today- I have no phone.  

What do I need to do to complete the transfer?

I would LOVE to call  to get this resolved, however..... I don't have a phone to do so (for Comcast is my only phone source).

The phone number affected is 801-679-9674.

Hi starsweeper.  The Business Service Center informed us that services are now active.  Please let us know if additional assistance is required for this issue.
