Support Request: True Bridge Mode

I'm hoping to have better luck here than on the phone, i just sat on hold for over 30 minutes just to get recycled back to the main help menu.  I thought the business internet side was supposed to have better customer service.

 

Anyway, I'd like to set my modem to true bridge mode.  hopefully someone's out there listening tonight since i'm home to test it.

Hi maverick67. The gateway has been set to true bridge mode, all router functionality has been disabled.  Please restart your directly connected router/firewall to ensure that it obtains the public IP address.
