SUPPORT REQUEST: Modem Password Changed

I just got off of the phone with tech support trying to change the modem to bridge mode secondary to a double nat situation.  They were unable to fix the situation but did change the password on the modem and not tell me.  cusadmin/highspeed no longer works.  Can you reset it?
