Status Update Request: IPv6 Prefix Sub-Delegation and Cisco DPC3939B Business Gateway?

I have a static IP address and a Cisco DPC3939B.  Last I heard (early 2016), DPC3939B does not correctly handle IPv6 prefix sub-delegation.  Has this been resolved yet?
