Static IP
I had to reset my comcast modem. After rebooting I no longer have the static IP that was originally assigned. I called but techs were unable to do anything.

Hello skdemille,
I'm having issues connecting to your modem. Can you please power cycle your modem again by unplugging the modem for about 10 seconds then plug it back in.
