SNMP
I'm having some outage and I need to monitor my connection.
To do this i want to use some SNMP monitoring tool but there isn't a menu on the router.
model CGA4131COM
Is there a way to enable this functionality?

There are other options for monitoring (and/or shaping) bandwidth usage/saturation.
The first is WiFi Pro, which would be a good option for a small business. It would allow you to configure the bandwidth: https://comca.st/2vOzKCj .
The other two would be ActiveCore, which would provide Analytics for an SD-WAN: https://comca.st/2vOzL9land our Ethernet service, which would give you access to Utilization Reports: https://comca.st/2HDTqLJ and allow you to shape the traffic and priority: https://comca.st/2HDTrzh .
You can monitor the status of your Comcast Business services here: https://www.business.comcast.com/status/
If you have any questions about those, let us know!:)

That's a really good question! Port 161 is blocked to protect the integrity of our network (https://comca.st/2uZd6qS ) so setting up an SNMP through your current CGA4131COM will not be possible. There are potentially workarounds using a 3rd party router, but those would be outside of our demarcation. Perhaps someone in the Community will be able to give some further guidance on this though? I'm always interested in hearing!
