SMC Username and Password
I cannot login and manage my gateway with my username and password.
How can I reset this?

Try using cusadmin for the user and highspeed for the password. If that doesn't work, send an private message to any of the "Comcast_" users on this forum (their names are colored red) asking them to reset it, and provide your name & account number.
