SMC in Bridge Mode and IPv4

I called CS and asked to have our modem put into bridge mode. They got it all set. Rebooted my modem. Now i can only get a IPv6 address. No IPv4. Any suggestions before i call back?

HI nunkistein. Comcast has deployed dynamic IPv6 for all Business customers nationwide.  For Business customers the gateways are currently operating in dual-stack mode. They will route both IPv4 and IPv6.  Also on the Comcast Network, bridged devices cannot have fixed Static IP addresses. Please see your private message for additional details concerning the current configuration of your Comcast gateway.
