Router Password Reset

Wouldn't bother you, but phone support currently disconnects when I try it.

 

I am providing IT support for the client associated with this account, and need to reset the current password on the SMC router. The default is not being accepted, and it appears the password it was changed to is not listed in any of the previous support files. 

 

I can provide the RF MAC if necessary. Side note, we know the IP address, but is it a static IP?

Crisis averted, phone support finally worked, and resolved the issue in seconds. Wish that happened 4 hours ago, but things break now and then. Such is life.
