router not communicating consistently with Apple devices (iPad, iPhone and laptops)

We have a Cisco router set up for our computers.  It has three signals.  The hotspot Xfinity to which noone connects.  Then I've named the other two and many people are having trouble finding both of the other signals; they can usually only find the one that I've tried to dedicate to admin.  Also, Apple devices are regularly having issues with both signals.  They are on one then kicked off without notice or warning to jump on the other, then again and again.  

It seems like it is the router....is there anything we can do?
