ROUTER LOGIN USERNAME/PASSWORD NOT WORKING (TRIED BOTH DEFAULT PASSWORD OPTIONS)

Hello,

 

I need to login to my router to allow my scan tool to get through the firewall. I can not login to my router though to make that possible. I tried both possible passwords and neither will work. Thank you!
