Returned equipment (Netgear Comcast Business modem) in February, still getting charged equipment fee

Opened a case on this a month ago (CR698489697), still haven't heard back... still getting charged an equipment fee for equipment that I no longer have (as of February). It'd be rad to get a credit for all those payments since then for nothing, but at this point, I'd be happy just to get it removed from my bill.
